Customer Trainer
Nikolas Klakow works as a Customer Trainer in the Pacific Northwest for Phonak LLC. He received his education from Emerson College (BS), University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (MS-Audiology) and Pennsylvania College of Optometry- School of Audiology (AuD). He spent nine years in clinical practices, including hospital and dispensing office settings. Since 2002 he has been working for hearing instrument manufacturers as a sales representative and, most recently, trainer. He has presented at regional and national conventions, has been published in trade journals, and is co- author of the children's book: 'Patrick Gets Hearing Aids'.

Clinical Trainer
Alyssa Ricevuto is a Clinical Trainer at Phonak US. She joined Phonak in 2017, after working in the private practice/ENT setting for ten years. Dr. Ricevuto received an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders along with a minor in Gerontology from the University of Connecticut. She then received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2007. Her clinical experience includes vestibular testing, VEMP, and ABR testing, as well as the selection and fitting of hearing aids and assistive devices. Dr. Ricevuto is also certified in tinnitus therapy using the Jastreboff method. Dr. Ricevuto is a member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
